This website is operated by Rem International Spedition SRL, Calea Borșului 26/30, 410605 Oradea, Romania (“REM Group”, “we”). We process personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
What we collect
When you use the contact form we receive the name, email address, optional phone number and message you type, together with the IP address of the request. We use this data only to answer your request and, if you become a client, to prepare and perform the transport contract.
Legal basis and retention
Processing is based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and, for quotes and contracts, on steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)). Messages are kept for as long as needed to handle the request and for the period required by Romanian commercial and fiscal law where a contract follows.
Who receives the data
The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages and form messages are delivered to our mailbox by an email delivery service acting as our processor. Data is not sold and is not used for advertising. The map on the contact page is embedded from Google Maps and loads only when the page is displayed; Google’s privacy policy applies to that embed.
Cookies
This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies.
Your rights
You may ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, restriction of processing, data portability, and you may withdraw consent at any time by writing to office@rem-group.ro. You may also lodge a complaint with the Romanian supervisory authority, ANSPDCP (www.dataprotection.ro).
